Hydraulic Hoses
Overview
Hydraulic lines are the blood vessels of a hydraulic system, transmitting high-pressure oil between pumps, cylinders, motors and control valves. We supply a full range of high-pressure hoses, steel pipes, fittings and quick couplers from low pressure (<=10 MPa) to ultra-high pressure (>=70 MPa), all passing burst and impulse tests.
Features
- High-pressure hose: four- or six-layer high-strength steel wire braiding for high pressure ratings
- Fittings: galvanized carbon steel or stainless steel, with various connections (thread/flange/quick coupler)
- Quick couplers: flat-face or cone-face sealing with no leakage on connect/disconnect
- Custom hose assemblies pre-fabricated to the equipment layout
