Hydraulic Shears

Hydraulic Shears

Overview

The hydraulic shear is a high-power shearing attachment mounted on the front of an excavator. Hydraulic cylinders drive the jaws closed to shear scrap metal, car bodies, steel structures and reinforced concrete, widely used in end-of-life vehicle dismantling, metal recycling, building demolition and emergency rescue.

Features

  • Dual-cylinder driven jaws with high shearing force, cutting steel plate up to 30 mm thick
  • Jaws made of high-hardness alloy steel with replaceable blades
  • 360-degree rotation motor for freely adjusting the shearing angle
  • Optional jaw types: eagle-beak shear, dual-cylinder shear and car-dismantling shear

Applications

End-of-life vehicle dismantling, scrap steel recycling, steel-structure plant demolition, reinforced-concrete crushing and earthquake/traffic accident rescue.

Key Advantages

Shearing efficiency 3-5 times faster than gas cutting; spark-free and safe for flammable/explosive environments; no host modification with quick-change installation.
