Excavator Pile Driver

Excavator Pile Driver

Overview

The excavator pile driver converts an excavator into piling equipment. Using the excavator's hydraulic system to drive a high-frequency vibratory or impact hammer, it presses or drives steel sheet piles, concrete piles and timber piles into the ground, widely used in foundation pit support, wharf construction, bridge foundations and PV mounting foundations.

Features

  • High-frequency vibratory hammer, 1500-2500 vibrations/min, for fast piling
  • Pile clamp with high clamping force for sheet piles, H-beams and concrete piles
  • Tilting device to adjust the piling angle for raked piles
  • Hydraulic damping system protecting the excavator boom and hydraulic system

Applications

Foundation pit sheet-pile support, wharf revetment piling, bridge foundation construction, PV mounting foundation piling and river slope protection piling.

Key Advantages

No dedicated piling rig needed, reducing rental cost; high-frequency vibration with low noise, suitable for urban construction; multi-purpose without modifying the host.
