Scraper Conveyors
Overview
The scraper conveyor is the main transport equipment of a fully mechanized longwall face, carrying coal cut by the shearer to the gate belt conveyor. Our conveyors can operate in a three-machine linkage with the shearer and hydraulic supports, with capacity from 500 to 4000 t/h.

- High-strength round-link or zigzag connector chains with high breaking load
- Middle trough cast from high-strength alloy steel for long wear life
- Variable-frequency drive with soft start to reduce impact on the chain
- Automatic tail tensioning to maintain constant chain tension
Applications
Coal transport on longwall faces, gangue transport on development faces, gate transfer and surface coal-yard conveying.
