Overview
The hydraulic support cylinder is the core actuator of a hydraulic support, including leg cylinders and jack cylinders, directly determining support performance and reliability. We offer both newly manufactured and remanufactured options, and all cylinders pass pressure and sealing tests.

- Cylinder barrel made of 27SiMn seamless steel tube with high inner-wall precision and coating thickness >=30 um
- Sealing system using imported polyurethane seals, wear-resistant and resistant to emulsion corrosion
- Piston rod hard-chrome plated with surface hardness >=HRC60 and corrosion resistance
- Cylinder bottom and cover integrally forged or high-strength cast, free of welding defects
Applications
Hydraulic support legs, balance jacks, pushing jacks, side-shield jacks, face-guard jacks and telescopic-beam jacks.
